Delete your Muqraa account and data instantly, right from this page.

Important: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your app access is revoked immediately, and you will lose the circles, recordings and certificates linked to your account.
What happens when you delete?
Once you enter your email and password and confirm, we verify your identity and then immediately:
- Revoke access instantly: your account is deactivated and all sessions are ended — the app can no longer be accessed.
- Remove your personal data: your data (name, email, phone) is deleted or anonymized and your content is unlinked from your identity.
- Stop notifications: your device identifier is removed so you receive no further notifications.
What is deleted?
- Your personal account data (name, email, phone).
- The link between your recordings, attendance records and warnings and your identity.
- Your join requests and circle enrollments.
What we may retain
We may keep limited records where required by law or for legitimate purposes (e.g. certificate‑issuance records), only for the period mandated by law and separated from your personal data where possible. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Alternative methods
In the app: open Muqraa → Profile → Edit profile → “Delete account”, then confirm.
By email: email us from your registered address at support@tejarahlntpoor.com; we will verify your identity before processing.
Timeframe
Access is revoked immediately upon confirmation, and data removal is completed within no more than 30 days.
